My sweet spot is projects for fast-growing SMEs with a budget of between £20,000 and £50,000 to work together over at least 6 - 12 months. I do work with earlier stage start-ups and charity organisations at favourable rates in return for an equity stake and Enterprise level companies on bigger budgets with hand picked project teams of collaborators.

My Story
Since 2008, I’ve been providing branding, consulting and coaching services to clients from the UK and beyond. From strategic planning to innovative solutions, my focus is always on building a deep understanding of each client's vision, mission and goals that supports you and your company's long term impact and growth. From July 2024, I'm delighted to bring Verdant Petal to my consultancy clients. Focusing for the first time on my knowledge of sustainable supply chains and regenerative business practices, this area of my consultancy business is designed to ensure you have a clear and robust plan for assessing, reporting and improving your sustainable business practices, and hancithe impact your business is capable of having on suppliers and stakeholders alike.
Sometimes the business owners and senior executives I work with reach a block that they can't unblock - but something that is deeply rooted and needs to shift. I refer to these as 'soul level' blocks.
The main process I used is based on (but expanded from) the same archetype work Tony Robbins uses, and I was privileged to train in Canada with the late Edwin Coppard, Tony's vocal coach for learning and applying the process.
At these times I also sometimes call on my toolbox of alternative approaches drawn from my 15 years experience using Usui reiki, shamanic drumming. transcendental meditation, sound work, breathwork and hypnotherapy/guided meditation.
